FACILITY
Community Counseling Center (CCC) provides behavioral health services to Madison County, IL. The new 37,000 square foot building will be located on the site of the existing facility which will be demolished when the 3-story, steel-framed building is completed. The new building will consolidate counseling and administrative offices from several locations, improve operations and provide more privacy for clients. The project is scheduled for completion in 2010.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
CCS Group has been engaged by Community Counseling Center to serve as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager. On behalf of CCC, we will provide project leadership, owner-controlled scheduling and change order management through the end of the project.

CHALLENGE
The site is constrained by residential streets and the existing facility which must remain operational during construction. A multi-faceted building envelope increases the complexity of coordination of contractors and schedule. Public/Private funding of the project increases the requirements for transparency and documentation while encouraging the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
