North St. Francois R-1 School District has selected CCS Group to act as the Owner's Representative for the planned Parkside Elementary Building Project. The project will replace the current building housing 3rd and 4th graders which dates to 1911. CCS Group will provide technical support to the School Board as they take the initial planning steps in preparation for the vote on the upcoming bond issue.
The new elementary school will replace the existing substandard, inefficient, and inadequate facility and provide additional resources to benefit students.
