Chaminade College Preparatory School has announced the groundbreaking for the new Viragh Center for the Arts will be Monday, April 26th at 2 PM.
The project has been made possible thanks to a generous donation by Skip Viragh, Class of '59.
CCS Group has worked with the Chaminade Staff and Hastings & Chivetta Architects through the design and bidding of the project. The construction has been awarded to S.M. Wilson and is scheduled for completion during the summer of 2011.
CCS Group will represent Chaminade throughout the construction as the owner's project manager. The new state of the art facility will include a 1,000 seat auditorium, black box theater, production and rehearsal space, as well as fine arts classrooms.
